Attic apartment in Sesto San Giovanni on the fifth floor (without elevator) located in a residential building in the vicinity of the subway stop Sesto San Giovanni (red line MM1) and the train station. The vicinity to the subway stop and the train station allows you to easily reach Milan city centre, Monza and the most important towns of the Brianza region. The fireplace is not working. Important note: during April, there is an extra charge on the monthly rent, if your stay include the forniture week (please, ask before booking) The flat enjoys a truly convenient position, being in close proximity to a vast array of shops and restaurants: at the end of Via Boccaccio there is a post office and a pharmacy (between Via Boccaccio and Via Petrarca). In Via Fratelli Picardi, at the corner with Via Timavo, you find a supermarket open 7/7 days. The closest car rental is at 200 meters (Via Ariosto). The area offers many bars and restaurants, in addition to the garden of Via Ariosto and the Parco Gramsci, two lovely spots where to relax and have a quiet time. Living room and kitchen The apartment welcomes you into the kitchen, on the left: modern and fully fitted with all the most useful appliances, it also comprises a functional table with stools, ideal for breakfast. The room benefits from ample natural light, which comes from the ceiling and creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The living room, long and narrow, comes complete with a sofa bed, which turns into a French size bed, and a stone fireplace. The day area has parquet flooring, which makes the room cozy and more welcoming. The night area offers a double bedroom, also furnished with a comfortable armchair for a relaxing break, whilst the white chest of drawers and the two small wooden closets located under the skylight provide the necessary storage space for your personal belongings. The modern bathroom has been fully renovated and comes with a capacious hydro shower. Final Cleaning Service Final cleaning service is included only if you use the apartment in a proper manner. You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean: hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash; dispose of trash properly. Utilities The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount. Consumptions extra-threshold will be charged at check-out as follows: € 0.50/kWh (electricity), 1€/mc (gas). Rules Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Nelle immediate vicinanze la stazione dei treni. Nota importante: durante il mese di aprile è previsto un supplemento se il soggiorno include il periodo della settimana del mobile (si prega di chiedere prima di prenotare). L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategia, ricca di servizi: un ufficio postale è presente in via Boccaccio; una farmacia in via Petrarca; un supermercato in via Fratelli Picardi angolo via Timavo; un negozio di autonoleggio in via Ariosto. Infine, a pochi passi il verde del Parco Gramsci. Il camino non è funzionante. Soggiorno e cucina Entrando nell'appartamento, sulla sinistra è presente la cucina, con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. Il soggiorno è dotato di un camino in pietra e di un comodo divano letto da una piazza e mezza. Nel locale è presente un condizionatore. In camera da letto è presente un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona e due piccole cabine armadio in legno, in cui riporre vestiti ed effetti personali. La camera è dotato di condizionatore. La luce che entra dai lucernari illumina la stanza in modo naturale. Nel bagno è presente un confortevole box doccia. Regole della casa Esclusa dal prezzo la tassa di soggiorno da pagare durante il check-in: 3€ al giorno a persona (per i primi 14 giorni). Sono previste esenzioni per studenti di atenei Milanesi riconosciuti dal comune. Orario check-in e check-out L’orario di check-in standard è dalle 15.00 alle 21.00. E' previsto un supplemento di 30€ per il check-in dalle ore 21.00 alle ore 24.00; di 60€ per il check-in dalle ore 24.00 alle ore 8.00. L’orario di check-out standard è dalle 8.00 alle 12.00. E' previsto un supplemento di 20€ per il check-out dalle ore 7.00 alle 8.00; di 60€ per check-out prima delle ore 7.00. In caso di ritardo, se non comunicato entro due ore prima dell’orario indicato al momento della prenotazione, oltre al supplemento relativo alle fasce orarie sopra elencate, è prevista l’applicazione di una maggiorazione fino a 100 €. Per permettere a un membro del nostro staff di accoglierti nel tuo appartamento, chiamaci appena arrivi all'aeroporto, alla stazione o 30 minuti prima se arrivi in macchina. Pulizie finali Le pulizie finali sono incluse nel limite di un corretto utilizzo dell’appartamento. È prevista un supplemento a partire da €30 qualora non si rispettino queste condizioni: lasciare l’appartamento (superfici, mobilia, ecc.) in buono stato; lasciare la cucina pulita: senza residui di cibo e/o piatti e stoviglie da lavare; smaltire correttamente la spazzatura. Consumi utenze Si ricorda che, al fine di evitare gli sprechi, le utenze sono incluse fino ad un importo massimo giornaliero, al fine di evitare gli sprechi (l'importo è diverso per tipologia di appartamento). I consumi extra-soglia saranno addebitati al check-out come segue: 0,50€/Kwh, elettricità, 1€/mc, gas). Regole Vietato fumare all’interno dell’appartamento anche con finestre aperte.
